Right of cancellation

I.    Bookings with a fixed date
If you book Porsche Leipzig GmbH packages with a fixed date, there is no right of cancellation, even if you are a consumer. The same applies to bookings of vouchers with a fixed date commitment. In these cases, there is no possibility of subsequently revoking your declaration of intent on which the conclusion of the contract is based or of cancelling the conclusion of the contract. 

II.    Bookings without a fixed date
If you book a voucher for a Porsche Leipzig GmbH package without a fixed date, you have the right to cancel your contract in writing within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier received the voucher from us.

of your decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email).

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send notice that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period. 

Consequences of the cancellation
If you cancel the contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged for this repayment. We will be entitled to refuse repayment until we have received the returned voucher, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the voucher, whichever is the earlier.

without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you dispatch the voucher before the end of the 14-day period. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the voucher.
